Private walking tours of Budapest

The city on foot, at the pace of a conversation. These are the tours to take first: they give you the shape of Budapest, which bank is which, and why the two halves feel so different.

Which walking tour should you take?

If you have one day, take Budapest in a Day. It crosses the river and gives you both halves, which is the only way the city makes sense as a whole.

If you have two mornings, split it: Buda first for the hill, the castle and the view, then Pest for the flat side where the city actually lives. Doing Buda first is deliberate — seeing the layout from above makes Pest easier to read the next day.

All three are guided in English, Spanish or Hungarian, meet you at your hotel, and are private: your group only, no minimum numbers, and the price is the same whether there are two of you or eight.
